What will you do?
- Lead strategic thinking for experiential, shopper marketing, activation, and integrated campaigns.
- Decode client briefs and translate business challenges into compelling strategic solutions.
- Develop consumer and shopper insights that drive meaningful brand experiences.
- Build strategic platforms, campaign territories, and activation frameworks.
- Work closely with creative, account management, business development, and execution teams.
- Lead the strategy component of pitches and client presentations.
- Understand consumer journeys, purchase behaviour, and key moments of influence.
- Bring fresh thinking around brand experiences, technology, and consumer engagement.
- Develop strategies that connect insight → idea → experience → consumer response → business outcome.
Someone who is:
- A strong strategic thinker and storyteller.
- Experienced in experiential marketing, shopper marketing, advertising/planning, activation, or integrated marketing.
- Strong in consumer insights, brand thinking, and campaign strategy.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Curious about culture, consumers, brands, and emerging marketing trends.
- Able to collaborate seamlessly with creative and execution teams.
